Hi, I’m Amanda, Founder of Regulated Baby Mama
I know what it’s like to live with fear in your body. To read a message and feel your whole system go to war, holding more rage than you know what to do with, while you stay perfectly calm on the outside because you know one wrong reaction could cost you everything that matters. To bite your tongue until it bleeds, then sit in the driveway shaking, wondering how much longer you can keep this up.
If that’s you, nothing is wrong with you. Your nervous system has been in survival mode for a long time, and it’s working overtime to protect you and your kids. That rage isn’t a character flaw. It’s information. The goal isn’t to stop feeling it. It’s to stop letting it drive.
I’ve spent over a decade helping women in exactly this position, and I’ve lived it myself. Here’s what I’ve learned: your power was never in controlling the other parent or finding the perfect response. It’s in getting your own body back on your side, so you can feel all of it and still choose what you do next. That’s what keeps you steady, and steady is what protects your kids.
I learned that the hard way, more than once. When a scary diagnosis said my body needed major surgery, I chose to rebuild it instead, one daily rep at a time for three and a half years. Regulation works the same way. It isn’t a breakthrough moment. It’s practice: small, boring, and repeated until it holds.
Regulated Baby Mama is that practice, made funny, practical, and a lot less lonely. I pull from recovery principles, acceptance-based tools, and nervous system work, and I turn them into things you can actually use at 6pm on a Sunday.
When I’m not doing this, I’m picking up heavy things at the gym, hanging out with my dog and cat, or making my kid laugh in the car.
I know what powerlessness feels like, and I know how to help you take your power back.

One hour, just you and me. Bring the thing that’s knocking you sideways, and we’ll work out how to get you back in control of yourself. This isn’t for you if you’re looking for therapy, a diagnosis, or legal advice, or if you’re in crisis right now. If you’re in danger, call 911. Coaching is educational and supportive. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, medical advice, or legal advice, and it doesn’t create a therapist-client relationship. Non-refundable.
